ST. CLAIR SHORES (WXYZ) - A man is dead after drowning in St. Clair Shores Saturday morning.
Police say a 64 year old St. Clair Shores man was found by his family floating in the water at Emerald City Harbor.
The man often spent time on a boat at the marina and when family had tried to reach him by phone but couldn't, they became concerned.
When they arrived at the marina they found him in the water. With some help from other friends at the marina, they were able to recover him.
Police are calling this a tragic accident and say it's unclear whether there was a medical condition that may have caused him to fall off the dock.
