DETROIT (AP) - A 39-year-old man has pleaded guilty to stripping the car of two suburban Detroit teens whose bodies later were found in an east side field.

Casey Green was sentenced Tuesday in Wayne County Circuit Court to a year in jail followed by three years' probation for larceny from a motor vehicle and obstruction of justice.

Police say Green and 41-year-old Larry Anderson stripped a car belonging to 18-year-old Jacob Kudla and cleaned it with bleach to hide their fingerprints. The car was found behind a west side apartment building. Its sound system was removed.

Anderson's trial is set for January.

Kudla and 17-year-old Jourdan Bobbish, both of Westland, went missing July 22. Their bodies were found July 27. Both had been shot.

No arrests have been made in their slayings.
