Man exposes himself to girls walking home from school in Detroit

DETROIT (WXYZ) - A man exposed and fondled himself in front of a 10-year-old girl and her 8-year-old sister in Detroit on Wednesday.

The incident happened just after 3 p.m. when the girls were walking home from Ceasar Chavez Academy Elementary with their mother and baby sister.

The mother says the man pulled up in a black pick-up truck and raised his body to the window while his pants were down and began touching himself.

Further up the block, the man got out of the truck and started masturbating in front of the family. The second incident was caught on a neighbor's security camera. 

When the man finally left and the family arrived home, the mother says she called police and the principal of the school.

"We are too young to see this, it makes no sense," the 10-year-old told 7 Action News. 

"He is bad man," says the girls' mother. 

Police say they believe the suspect was looking for an easy target; they are now searching for this man who was driving the black F-150 truck. If you have any information regarding this incident, call the Detroit Police Department.
