MACKINAC ISLAND, Mich. (WXYZ) - Governor Rick Snyder has announced that one of his main priorities is getting the 2nd span to Canada off the ground, saying he wants to get quick approval on new legislation that would create a bridge authority for the government-backed project.
One of the main opponents to the plan is Matthew Moroun, the head of the company that owns the Ambassador Bridge.
