Mattress store goes up in flames in Northwest Detroit, fire suspicious

(WXYZ) - For hours through the night, crews battled a fire that broke out inside a mattress store in Northwest Detroit.
It started around 2 a.m. at the building on West 8 Mile between Gilchrist and Biltmore.
Flames could be seen shooting through the roof.
7 Action News spoke with the store’s owner. He says he’s received threatening phone calls in recent days.
Investigators tell us this fire is suspicious and that the building is a total loss.
