DETROIT (WXYZ) - Former Detroit Medical Center CEO Mike Duggan is expected to announce he will run for Mayor of Detroit during a news conference today.
Duggan has scheduled an announcement for this evening at the city's wellness building.
He has been meeting with Detroiters since September, exploring a run for the city's top office.
Insiders say Duggan's decision will be a direct result of the feedback he received at those meetings.
