DETROIT (WXYZ) - Mike Duggan is waiting to hear if he will be allowed on the upcoming Detroit mayoral ballot.
The Court of Appeals is considering his case.
Mayoral candidate Tom Barrow filed the motion to have Duggan removed from the upcoming ballot.
Barrow said Duggan was not registered as a Detroit voter long enough when he filed his petitions to enter the race.
A decision from the court is expected soon.
