(WXYZ) - Nathaniel Abraham faces new charges after being accused of assaulting two prison guards.
The 26-year-old Abraham is currently serving from four to 20 years in prison for drug possession.
Abraham was convicted of murder when he was 11 years old back in 1997. He was released when he turned 21.
If convicted of attacking the guards he could spend another five years in prison.
His trial is scheduled for next Tuesday.
