One dead, two hurt in shooting on Detroit's west side

DETROIT (WXYZ) - Detroit Police are on the scene of a fatal shooting on the city's west side.

It's happening in the 6800 block of Minock, near W. Warren and Evergreen.

Police say the shooting happened in or around a late model tan Buick Sentry.

One man has been killed. Two others have been taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Police say one of the men has a collapsed lung.

Officers say a low caliber gun was used in the shooting.

Police are looking for a man in connection with the shootings.

Police are saying they believe robbery was the motive behind the shooting.
