DETROIT (WXYZ) - The Detroit Fire Department confirms one person is dead after a fire on the city's west side early Wednesday morning.
It happened just after 2 a.m. on the 19000 block of Steel avenue near Outer Drive and Meyers Road.
The man who died has been identified as 79-year-old Cecil Mack Jr. Two other people were injured and taken the the hospital.
No further details have been released.
