DETROIT (WXYZ) - Thousands of people filled Woodward Ave as the 126th annual Labor Day Parade marched to Hart Plaza.

The theme this year is "Good Jobs Now!"

UAW President Bob King says putting America back to work should be everyone's top priority.

Musicians from the Detroit Symphony were featured in this year's parade. They are facing steep cuts after their union contract expired August 29th.
