DETROIT (WXYZ) - Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Tuesday on Lumpkin.

Officers say two groups or young men met up for a business deal. During the course of the deal, officers say, one of the men selling the merchandise produced a weapon and demanded something from the other group of men.

It's at this point that one of the second group of men pulled out his gun and fired a number of shots, striking both of the men he met up with.

One of those men was killed, the other is listed in critical condition.

Police say the man has a license to carry a concealed weapon.

The investigation is ongoing.
