DETROIT (WXYZ) - Police are investigating the death of a 3-month-old baby at a home on East State Fair in Detroit.
Officers say the parents were sleeping in the basement with the baby when they woke up and found that the baby was not breathing.
They were able to flag down a police officer who called EMS.
Right now, police are saying it appears to be an accident.
The baby's father is in police custody. Police say he was so distraught he got into a fight with officers.
