POLICE: Masked, armed robbers hit CVS

(WXYZ) - Police say masked and armed robbers held up a CVS on the border of Grosse Pointe and Detroit.
It happened around 7:00 a.m. Friday on the 18000 block of E. Warren.
The thieves took a van and slammed it into the outside of the CVS. The van hit the wall next to an ATM. They then went inside and tried to drag out the ATM. They got it to the doorway, when they gave up and took off.
"When you come across something like that, it shakes you up," says a delivery man who arrived at the store as the thieves ran.
Investigators tell 7 Action News they are looking into whether the robbers are the same people that robbed two other stores this week.
