(WXYZ) - The Detroit Police Department is asking for the public's help to find a woman who has been missing since the middle of October.
Rita Thomas was last seen on October 12 at around 2:30 p.m. in the 48000 block of Nevada. That's in the area of Seven Mile and Conant.
Thomas is 53-years-old. She is 5'7" tall and weighs about 175 pounds. She has salt and pepper hair. Officials say she is in good physical, but poor mental condition.
Thomas was wearing black stretch pants, a black leotard type blouse, a brown fringed waist length leather jacket and gold flat slide on shoes at the time of her disappearance.
If you have any information on the location of Rita Thomas, you're asked to call Detroit Police at (313) 596-1340.
