Police search for fatal shooting suspect on Detroit's east side

DETROIT (WXYZ) - Police are saying there's been a fatal shooting shooting on the city's eastside early Friday morning.
Around 3 a.m. a male in his twenties was shot outside a home on the 12400 block of Dresden.
Police are actively pursuing the suspect.
