DETROIT (WXYZ) - Detroit police say an off duty officer witnessed a carjacking on the city’s southwest side.
Police say the officer fired shots at the men after he saw the suspects carjack the vehicle right in front of him on Livernois and McGraw.
The suspects dumped the vehicle at Livernois and Devereaux and fled the scene on foot.
Police are still searching for the suspects.
