DETROIT (WXYZ) - The Detroit Police Department’s Central and Northeastern Districts used children to undertake a massive search Saturday morning.
“We have dozens of children that are searching for fugitive Easter eggs,” said Inspector Dan Allen.
The search was a success.
Kids also played educational games. For example they wore goggles that aim to teach how drinking can negatively affect your coordination while balancing an egg on a spoon.
Police say the goal of these events is building positive relationships with youth.
