(WXYZ) - Many of you have reached out, asking how you can help the Detroit Firefighters after learning they were using their own paychecks to stock the firehouses with basic essentials like toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
Dan McNamara, President of the Detroit Fire Fighter Association has asked that the public make donations via the Detroit Public Safety Foundation at: www.detroitpublicsafetyfoundation.org
