DETROIT (WXYZ) - The Tigers are playoff bound! It's the first time since the 1934 and 1935 seasons Detroit has made it to the postseason in consecutive years.

To celebrate the accomplishment, Tigers fans can now scoop up their 2012 American League Central Division Champion gear at The D Shop.

The D Shop, which is located at Comerica Park on the corner of Witherell St. and Montcalm St., is extending hours this week to accommodate the rush.

The shop opened its doors at 5 a.m. on Tuesday and will remain open until 7 p.m.

Doors will be open from Wednesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The ALDS begins Saturday at Comerica Park. The Tigers will play the first two games of the best of five series on their home field. Their opponent for the ALDS has yet to be determined.
