DETROT (WXYZ) - A town hall meeting will be held to discuss the possibility of an emergency manager in Detroit's financial crisis.

The meeting will be held at 5 p.m. at the Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church on West Grand Boulevard.

Various leaders are expected to attend the town hall including Mayor Dave Bing, Congressman John Conyers, Senator Debbie Stabenow, Senator Carl Levin as well as members of Detroit City Council.

The appointments come after a preliminary review by the Michigan Department of Treasury found "probable financial stress."
