POLICE: Westbound I-96 at Fowlerville reopens after fatal motorcycle accident

FOWLERVILLE, Mich., (WXYZ) - Michigan State Police report westbound I-96 at Fowlerville Road has reopened after a fatal accident involving a motorcycle closed it earlier in the day.

Police say the motorcycle crashed into the rear of a patrol car during a police pursuit.

Neither the identity of the victim nor further details surrounding the accident have been released at this time.
