BRUCE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WXYZ) - Police say one man was killed in a three-car accident that happened in Bruce Township at 7 p.m. on Thursday.

The driver of a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix was heading southbound on Van Dyke when he was struck by a 1995 Ford F-350 pick-up truck. Police say the collision pushed the Grand Prix into oncoming traffic where it was struck by a 2003 Dodge Caravan.

The 32-year-old man driving the Pontiac Grand Prix later died at the hospital, according to a news release.

Police have identified the man as Michael Ray Bowlsby of Clifford, Michigan. The pick-up truck driver was treated at the scene and the driver of the Dodge Caravan was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
