MOUNT CLEMENS, Mich. (WXYZ) - Thin wisps of smoke were coming out of windows at the old Macomb County building in Mount Clemens this morning.
Firefighters were on the scene trying to put out the fire that started in the basement.
Fire damaged the basement to the seventh floor.
Several Macomb County offices are in this building.
No one was hurt, but there is no phone or internet service to any county buildings right now.
We did check and learned 911 and emergency communications are not affected. They are functioning normally.
