MACOMB TOWNSHIP, MI (WXYZ) - A Sterling Heights man is accused of driving drunk with his 9-year-old son in the back seat.
Macomb County Sheriff's deputies stopped the 43-year-old after he rear-ended another vehicle on 21 Mile Road near Heydenreich Road.
There were no serious injuries reported and the child was turned over to his mother.

This occurred around 9:15 p.m., Friday, September 21.
The man was arrested and released. He's expected in court in about a week.
