MONROE, Mich. (WXYZ) - Police have identified the victim of an accidental drowning in a Monroe County quarry near East Dunbar and Hull Road.

The Monroe County's Sheriff's Offices says 20-year-old Terence Lee-Reid-Lance of Pontiac drowned Wednesday night around 9:25 p.m. when he disappeared below the surface of the water while swimming. 

His body was recovered around an hour later, 35 feet down in the quarry.

Police do not suspect foul play.
