Attend the 12th Annual Fathers conference in Waterford

WATERFORD, Mich. (WXYZ) - Come out and join me for the 12th Annual Fathers Conference this Saturday along with dads of all kinds for a unique day of exploring the vital role that fathers play.  This year's conference focuses around "Iron Dad - fathering with power, passion and purpose." 

I'm proud to say that I'm a co-founder of the sponsoring organization called Partnership for Dads.

I'll be presenting one of the many workshops during the day. You can meet me and many other fathers passionate about fathering. This will be the 12th one I've attended and I assure you it's a great thing that you won't regret taking the time to experience.

This year’s keynote address, The “Man In The Father,” delivered by Ted Braude of the Council of Dads, lights the fire on how dads as men are critical to the welfare, safety, health and happiness of children who need their father in his fullest and greatest masculine potential to love, protect, teach, guide, lead, and bless.

The Fathers Conference is a unique, cutting edge, uplifting, secular forum, recognized nationally, where all kinds of dads can explore and enrich their roles as fathers.

Along with the keynote, there will be 10 small group workshops from which to choose. Topics include: boys seeking masculinity, strategies for single dads, potent parenting, women reflecting on their dads, men evolving through fatherhood, dads and discipline, enhancing blended families and more.

This conference is  for fathers of all kinds - dads, step-dads, live-away dads, divorced dads, granddads, even expectant dads.
