Troy, Michigan (WXYZ) - Troy Police say they saw a man weaving in and out of traffic this week, so they pulled him over. Then they say he failed five sobriety tests.
That’s bad enough. But what is even worse – is who was with him.
“His 6-year-old son was sitting in the front passenger seat,” said Sgt. Andy Breidenich of the Troy Police Department.
The little boy was turned over to his mom.
Police arrested Tarique Parker, 44, of Clawson.

Tuesday in court he pleaded not guilty. He is charged with not just operating while intoxicated, but child endangerment.
