FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. (WXYZ) - An update on the legal battle of a disabled Detroit area man who says he was unfairly kicked off a naked cruise.
Jim Keskeny's attorney tells us Royal Caribbean agreed to give his client a full refund for the trip.
As we told you last month : Keskeny has multiple sclerosis and was forced off the ship in Guadelupe, Mexico.
The cruise line claimed he needed too much special assistance.
