WATERFORD, Mich. (WXYZ) - Need help with your energy bill? DTE is hosting a Customer Assistance Day event today.
It’s from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Oakland Schools Conference Center, located at 2111 Pontiac Lake Road in Waterford.
No registration is required, but you do need to bring a valid photo ID, your latest DTE Energy bill and proof of income.
DTE Energy representatives will help you apply for energy assistance, provide weatherization tips to help reduce your energy bills and connect you with various human service organization who may be able to provide further assistance.
