NOVI, Mich. (WXYZ) - Novi’s Festival of Chariots created quite a sight as it took over parts of the city.

Organizers expected 5,000 people to turn out for the event, which began at the Novi Civic Center. The ancient Indian festival features chariots that are pulled by people. The Novi event features a 4-story tall cart. The day also included a free lunch and hours of cultural entertainment.
