ROYAL OAK, Mich. (WXYZ) - Grief counselors are at Royal Oak Middle School to help students there cope with the loss of two young people who were killed in a devastating crash on US 23 in Pittsfield Township last week.
Eleven-year-old Ashley Siegel and her brother, fourteen-year-old Jordan, were killed Friday when their stepmother's SUV rolled over after, police say, it was cut off .
Five other people were in the SUV at the time of the accident. They all suffered some form of injury and were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Funeral services for both children are set for Tuesday at noon at the Dorfman Chapel on 12 Mile in Farmington Hills.
It will be followed by a private burial in Birmingham.
