WIXOM, Mich. (WXYZ) - The 2011 mens football team of the Air Force had the honor of receiving the Commander In Chief Trophy this pass Monday, in the Rose Garden of the White House.

The trophy was presented by President Obama himself.

The president gave special notice to several players on the team, including native Michigander, Tyler Schonsheck of Wixom. His family spoke to action news today about what an exciting experience it was for their whole family.
