WEST BLOOMFIELD, Mich. (WXYZ) - Investigators have released the radio transmissions and 911 calls from the deadly September encounter when a West Bloomfield Police officer was killed.

Officers were responding to reports of a man barricaded in his home . The man was later identified at Ricky Coley.

During the confrontation with Coley, Officer Patrick O'Rourke was killed. 

Police then backed off from the scene and a lengthy standoff ensued. Almost 10 hours later, officers entered into the home and found Coley's body. It was later determined that he killed himself.
