Man charged with kidnapping daughter

A 46-year-old man from Maryland has been charged with kidnapping his daughter who lives in Auburn Hills.

Sebastian Albert Campbell, who does not have a custody of his daughter, is accused of kidnapping Tavia Bentley.

The 11-year-old was taken from her Auburn Hills home on Feb. 5.

Police arrested Bentley the next day in Detroit where his family lives.

The girl was not hurt.

Bentley faces one count of kidnapping.

If convicted, he could face a year in behind bars and a fine of up to  $2,000.

He's currently held in jail on $10,000 bond.
