Oakland County is getting tough with stores that are selling K2 or Spice.
The Oakland County’s Narcotics Enforcement Team busted three store owners for selling the synthetic marijuana even after the Michigan ban on these drugs went into effect on July 1.
The Quick Corner Party Store and the In-and-Out Party Store in Pontiac were two of the raided locations. The third store, Tobacco Village, is located in Waterford.
The owners were in court Friday and have since been released on bond.
All three stores had signed a pledge or posted a sign saying they would not sell Spice.
