OXFORD, Mich. (WXYZ) - Oxford Police are on the lookout for a hit and run suspect following a serious accident that happened over the weekend.
According to police, the accident happened at around 12:20 on Sunday morning in the downtown area of Oxford.
The vehicle is described as a white or light colored Buick Rendezvous with front end damage.
The victim was a 28-year-old male. He was hit while crossing M-24 and was rushed to a local hospital.
The man is now in stable condition after being in critical condition all Sunday.
