MILFORD, Mich. (WXYZ) - Police have arrested a registered sex offender in connection with a Stranger Danger case in Milford.
Thirty-one-year-old Jordan Kent Walters is accused of approaching and following young, middle school-aged girls on September 16.
Walters had been charged with one count of Attempt to Solicit a Minor for Immoral Purposes. Because he has a previous felony conviction, Walters is eligible to be charged as a Habitual Offender.
He has been arraigned on the charges and bond was set at $50,000 cash.
Police are asking the public for any information they may have in this case. Anyone who thinks they had contact with Walters is urged to contact the Milford Police Department at (248) 684-1815.
