FARMINGTON HILLS (WXYZ) - After three weeks in the hospital, Farmington Hills mother Rose Cipriano was transferred to a rehabilitation facility.

Police say Rose, her husband Robert and their son, Salvatore were beaten with baseball bats in their home on April 16 by adopted, 19-year-old Tucker Cipriano and his friend Mitchell Young.

Robert Cipriano died shortly after the attack while Salvatore remains in critical condition at Botsford Hospital.

Police believe Tucker Cipriano and Mitchell Young were high on K2, also known as synthetic marijuana, during the attack. The pair have been charged and remain in Oakland County Jail without bond.

Another friend of Tucker Cipriano says he often talked freely about bludgeoning his family.
