ROCHESTER, Mich. (WXYZ) - Meadow Brook Hall is glittering with Christmas spirit as it kicks off its 39th annual Holiday Walk. Organizers and decorators took a week to transform the mansion, customizing it for this year's theme "The Treasures of Childhood."

Visitors can tour dozens of rooms, which are decorated with Christmas ornaments, in the mansion. The self-guided tour includes a walk through the Doge-Wilson's formal living room and dining room.

A special addition to this year's event is the Teddy Bear display. Judy Hall has donated more than 300 of her 700-bear collection. Her collection is featured in Frances and Danny Dodges' playroom, which have not been opened to the public for the first time in at least a decade.

Several events are scheduled for the holiday season. For more information on times, tickets and events go to meadowbrookhall.org .
