PONTIAC, Mich., (WXYZ) - Testimony is expected to continue Wednesday afternoon in the murder trial of Mitchell Young.
The 21-year-old along with his friend Tucker Cipriano, is accused of attacking Tucker's family with a baseball bat.
Tucker's father, Bob Cipriano, died. His mother, Rose and brother, Sal were severely injured.
An emergency room doctor testified yesterday that the injuries to the family were some of the worst he's ever seen.
Young told Police, Tucker bashed him with the bat as well, but testimony from a Farmington Hills Police sergeant seemed to cast doubt on Young's story.
Tucker Cipriano pleaded no contest to murdering his father and assaulting his mother and brother last week. He'll spend the rest of his life behind bars without the possibility of parole.
