ROYAL OAK, Mich., (WXYZ) - A yarnbomber struck Royal Oak at least twice, covering public spaces with colorful displays of art.
Their handiwork can be seen in the photos above, brightening up a tree stump and bus stop sign post.
"Improving the urban landscape one stitch at a time," that's the yarnbombers motto and it can be seen in the form of creative, non-destructive of graffiti or public art.
Have yarnbombers hit your neighborhood? Keep your eyes peeled and if you spot their bright creations, send a picture to webteam@wxyz.com. Be sure to include the location in the email!
