ANN ARBOR, Mich. (WXYZ) - Ann Arbor Police are investigating a case where a man reportedly called officers to report a robbery when a prostitute told him the price had gone up.

It happened Wednesday night in the 2700 block of Packard Road.

Police say the man and the woman had met online. Officers say they were told that they had agreed on a price, but that the woman told the man it had gone up after taking the money.

That's when the man called police.

The woman was arrested. The man was not taken into custody.

The case has been turned over to the prosecutors office for possible charges. However, the investigation is ongoing.
