YPSILANTI, Mich. (WXYZ) - Ypsilanti Police say a man who provides free Christmas dinners to the community has been charges with sexually assaulting a teenage boy.
Leonardo Devinci Christian has been charged with 3 felonies and 2 high count misdemeanors.
Police say that he began assaulting the boy in November of 2011, when the victim was 13-years-old. The assaults allegedly took place on numerous occasions in Christian's home.
Police say Christian cultivated a relationship with the boy and his family by giving them a ticket to his free Christmas dinner.
He was arrested on August 29 and then arraigned on the charges on August 31.
Christian remains locked up in the Washtenaw County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.
