Career fair looks to fill 600 positions Wednesday

LIVONIA, Mich. (WXYZ) - Just in time for the holidays, more than 40 companies are looking to fill 600 positions at a job fair.

JobFairGiant.com is sponsoring a Holiday Career Expo in Livonia on Wednesday.

It's being held at the Holiday Inn Hotel, 17123 North Laurel Park Drive, from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

The participating companies are looking to recruit in the following fields: engineering, manufacturing, sales, finance, customer service, management, retail, information technology, machining, medical and others.

Some of the dozens of companies that will be on hand include: Harley Davidson, Quicken Loans, Mahindra Engineering, The Harvard Drug Group, Art Van Furniture, Delfingen, MicroFocus, Pioneer Automotive, United Lawnscape, Galaxy Technologies and Speedway.

Job seekers should dress for success and be ready to interview on the spot.
