Free Wayne County health expo aimed at helping the uninsured with screenings and program offers

DETROIT (WXYZ) - Wayne County is offering a free health expo today aimed at helping the uninsured.
The health expo runs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Cobo Center.
Some of today's health services and programs being offered include free health screening, dental screening, diabetes screening, HIV/Aids testing, nutrition seminars, WIC services, mental health referral services, Medicaid enrollment, Head Start enrollment and smoking cessation.
Certain programs may require picture identification, social security or income information.
