Local soccer club accepting students

LIVONIA, Mich. (WXYZ) - Vardar Soccer is one of the most prestigious clubs in the country. Vardar South, which is based in Livonia, focuses on teaching boys and girls the important details of the game.

This allows each individual the opportunity to become the best player they can be.  The club also stresses the importance respecting others while competing at the highest level.

The president of the club is former soccer professional and all-star Dennis Brose. Brose once played for the Detroit Rockers. 

He says he is committed to making sure all kids learn the value of hard work while having lots of fun.  

He thinks the best all-around athletes are soccer players.  Area soccer tryouts with most clubs are June 16 and 17.
