Police investigate deadly Hamtramck shooting

HAMTRAMCK, Mich., (WXYZ) - Police in Hamtramck are investigating a deadly shooting.
It happened early Tuesday morning near Commor & Grand Haven street when a young man was shot and killed.
Family members tell 7 Action News that the man killed is 23 year-old Quintus Parham.
He was shot multiple times about midnight across the street from the Colonel Hamtramck housing complex.
Family members did not know why Parham may have been in Hamtramck. They say Parham used to live in the area.
Michigan State Police are assisting Hamtramck with evidence gathering. Police tell us they have talked with several people in connection with the shooting and are looking for several more.
Parham leaves a five-year-old daughter Quinae.
There are no reports of any arrests at this time.
