REDFORD, Mich. (WXYZ) - Police in Redford are trying to track down a pair of suspects who are breaking into bars and trashing the businesses.
Surveillance video from 5:00 a.m. inside the Bull Frog Bar show what police say is two guys using a crowbar to break in and search for cash and valuables.
“They're primarily taking money and also a laptop computer,” says Detective Sergeant Kevin Crittenden.
But it didn’t stop there. You can see the suspects trashing the place.
It was so bad police say the owner had to close for a few days just to make repairs. That was in late April.
Police believe the same suspects also broke into Chapeau Vert gentlemen's club a few blocks away on Telegraph a few weeks ago.
“They're needlessly destroying all kinds of items in the bars, throwing paper around, ruing the electronic machines and dumping some liquor, says Crittenden.
Police are trying to catch these guys before they do anymore damage.
If you know who they are, please call Redford Police.
