DETROIT (WXYZ) - GMA legal analyst Dan Abrams and vocal legal expert Nancy Grace had a heated discussion on the legal points surrounding the Bashara murder case during Good Morning America Monday morning.
Grace and Abrams went back and forth over the fine points of calling Jane Bashara's husband, Bob Bashara, a "suspect" or a "person of interest."
Jane Bashara's body was found last Wednesday in the back seat of her car . It was parked in a Detroit alley.
Investigators later revealed that she had been strangled.
Police in Grosse Pointe Park - home to the Basharas - have focused their investigation around Bob Bashara who they say is a "person of interest ."
